The team of Troy Harder, PGA of Wayne Country Club and James Sieckmann, PGA of Shadow Ridge Country Club captured the title in a sudden-death playoff over the team of John Craw, PGA of Lincoln, NE and Ryan Vermeer of Oak Hills Country Club.
